Our maiden housing project Kulim Square in Kulim, Kedah, was awarded Projek Perumahan Gemilang in 2006 by Majlis Perbandaran Kulim.

We always strive hard in challenging status quo in order to achieve outstanding and practical design with superb quality finishes for all our housing projects. To-date, we have successfully completed more than 1500 houses.
